Former YSR Congress Party leader and ex-Rajya Sabha member V Vijaya Sai Reddy is reportedly gearing up to launch a new political party.
Preparations are said to have already begun, with a strong focus on building a professional digital campaign machinery.
As part of the exercise, Sai Reddy has reportedly engaged a Gujarat-based political digital campaign management company, which also has branches in Punjab, Karnataka and Rajasthan, for a period of two years.
According to sources, Sai Reddy has hired the company for a hefty fee, as it has offered to provide extensive digital outreach and campaign management support for his proposed political venture.
Sources said the company claims to have an integrated presence across both online and offline platforms. Its campaign model reportedly combines ground-level political intelligence and real-time data collection with digital communication and targeted content strategies.
The company is said to have a team of more than 200 professionals working across different campaign functions. Its ground operations reportedly include ground managers, journalists, political campaign associates, photographers and videographers.
The broader team is said to include data scientists, media analysts, journalists, social media strategists, campaign managers, content writers, video editors, graphic artists, cartoonists and content curators.
It is learnt that the company uses electoral data and customised digital content to engage different sections of the electorate and influence voter sentiment.
The combination of ground-level feedback, data analytics and social media campaigns is expected to provide Sai Reddy with a structured mechanism to assess public opinion and communicate his political messaging.
Sources said Sai Reddy is seeking to establish a distinct political identity over the next two years, ahead of the next elections, and wants to emerge as a strong alternative to both the TDP-led coalition and the YSRCP.
The exercise could involve mapping voter sentiment, identifying key local and social groups, generating constituency-level content and building Sai Reddy’s political ideology across social media platforms.
